We had a fantastic stay at this charming, clean, and well-decorated hotel. The staff at the reception desk were exceptional - they were not only helpful and friendly but also incredibly attractive. The best thing about the hotel was the excellent service provided by the staff. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and the city center. We also loved the option to rent bikes directly from the hotel. it was a wonderful experience.

I always stay at Hellerup Park Hotel when I am in Denmark, it is close to most of the individuals I deal with and I really enjoy staying there

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location near the bus stop and Hellerup St. The hotel offered bike rentals, making it easy for us to explore the beautiful area of Copenhagen. The surrounding neighborhood was pleasant, with a stunning park just opposite the hotel, perfect for enjoying the natural beauty and fresh air. The staff at the reception were always kind and helpful, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. The interior of the hotel was adorned with colorful artworks, adding to its gorgeous appeal. Additionally, the cleanliness of the place was commendable, with daily room service and reliable WiFi.

I stayed as a tourist. We had bicykles, and Hellerup Parkhotell was a good place to start, either you should ride into the countryside or city center. Copenhagen is a wonderful city for bicykling.

xmmm, after booking a 4star hotel with a 5star restaurant, i didn't expect to stay in a 2,5star room but that was the case.

Walking to your room on the ground floor through a corridor next to the kitchen certainly doesn't help your first impression -although the kichen staff was very friendly(ciao ragazzi). The room itself looks old and dark and there is a distinct smell of closed up air and humidity. The window doesn't open more than 5cm (safety reasons - ground floor) so there is no way you can get fresh air into the room - NO aircondition... Minibar didn't seem to have any ability of keeping things inside colder than the room temperature. Location of the hotel is a click (3 bus-stops to be exact) far away from city center.

That it was only for one night! Staying there during the summer is hell att hellerup. No airco, no fan, just impossible to sleep.

I did not like and was surprised when I received the bill that you charge 2,5% for using a normal creditcard. That is unreasonable..... Will not recommend your hotel to other because of this.

The hotel is placed in a picturesque district, which makes it perfect for exploring the city, or heading to the cruise ship. it has easy access to a small park where you can take a relaxing walk. The rooms are well-designed, with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and modern facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful, making your stay more enjoyable. The breakfast is delicious, with a great range of options to choose from.

The bar could use some improvement, with staff needing to focus on all customers, not just restaurant patrons.

Great location near the sea and a park – perfect for a morning stroll. The wifi was free and worked well, which was a nice plus. The breakfast was amazing – lots of fresh pastries, bread, juice and delicious coffee.

The hotel was a bit overpriced for the services and facilities offered. Sadly, there was no minibar in the room, which was a bit inconvenient.

Restaurant Saison was very good; the room was small but very nice.

Absolutely hated the fact that the hotel cleaning staff started vacuuming at 8 am in a Sunday morning. Totally compromised my rare chance to sleep in late on a weekend, but other than that- a lovely hotel.
